Our staff will be happy to help you reserve the type and date of your trip, the number of positions you would like to reserve, and the location on the ship from which you would like to fish.



RESERVATION POLICY

  • All trips require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, including all members of the fishing party. (Striper trips must be paid in full, in advance).
  • Deposits must be received within ten days of the date you booked the reservation. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MASETRCARD, and DISCOVER.
  • If you wish to send your deposit by check or money order, click here for the needed form.
  • Deposits not received within ten days of booking a trip will result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Any balance due is required prior to sailing. No checks will be accepted at sailing time.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we are notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the trip. (30 days for private charters).
  • All deposits are subject to a processing fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the trip.
  • Spots #46 through # 60 on tuna trips are non-refundable.
  • Deposits for three day trips are non-refundable
  • We try to give our customers as much notice as possible, if it is necessary to cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions, the captain can make the decision at the dock!
  • The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforseen conditions. If we find it necessary to cancel, every effort will be made to book your party on a comparable trip. If that is not possible, your money will be refunded in full.

    Prices are subject to change without notice.In the event of a substantial increase in fuel costs, an surcharge may be added to the cost of your fare.

    There is a risk of serious injury or death inherent on any vessel at sea. Boats are not stationary, they pitch and roll at times without warning. Decks and stairs are often wet and slippery. The passenger is responsible for their own safety and must never move around the boat without holding onto a railing, seatback or a secure part of the vessel with at least one hand. Passengers must be responsible for any minors or other guests with physical limitations as well as for themselves. Any claim for personal injury or death by any person, adult or minor, must be presented within one year of the occurrence or the claim will be time barred.
