Frances Fleet Reservations
New to 2012, you are now able to make reservations for some of our trips on-line. These include, SQUID, STRIPED BASS, HALF DAY FISHING TRIPS and WHALE WATCH TRIPS. We hope to eventually add all of our trips at some point. Simply click on Fishing Trips or Whale Watching on the home page, click over to Inshore/Day Trips (for fishing trip). Find the trip you are interested in and click on the “Book It” button. It will then bring you to a calendar, find the date you are looking for and follow the steps.
If you experience any problems with the reservation system or want to book a trip that is not available on-line, please call the Frances Fleet office at (401)783-4988, 1-800-66CATCH (1-800-662-2824), or send us an email at Francesflt@aol.com. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Deposits must be received within 10 days of the date you booked the reservation. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If you wish to send your deposit by check or money order, our mailing address is: P.O. Box 3724 PeaceDale, RI 02883. Overnight Tuna Trips:
All tuna trips require reservations. A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure the date with the balance due the night/day of the trip. Spots #46 through #60 on Tuna Trips are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are notified in writing at least 14 days prior to the trip. (30 days for private charters). All deposits are subject to a processing fee equal to 20% of the total cost of the trip. There will be no refunds for any trip, once the boat leaves the dock.
We try to give our customers as much notice as possible, if it is necessary to cancel the trip due to bad weather conditions, the captain can make the decision at the dock. The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to unforeseen conditions, this includes fishing for a different species of fish if necessary. If we find it necessary to cancel, every effort will be made to book your party on a comparable trip. If that is not possible, your money will be refunded in full. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a substantial increase in fuels costs, a surcharge may be added to the cost of your trip.
