Capt. Keith reported very good fishing on the morning half day trip with a nice mix of keepers to nearly 7lbs and plenty of shorts to keep anglers tuned in at the rails. Drift conditons were less than ideal as well but the weather was awesome and the fluke cooperative. Hi hook took home three nice keepers to 4.5lbs. All terminal gear was working but the tandem bait rig with spearing seemed to be the way to go on the slow drift today. Spros or other bucktails would have also been productive today but did not see anyone employing them. Next half day trip will set sail this afternoon at 4pm on the Admiral Frances.
