Capt. Rich reported a slower day on the 7am full day fluke and sea bass trip with a tough pick of fluke due to wind against tide conditions which persisted just about all day. Mr. Pak did have his limit of fine keepers today and Lisa Loprinzo, longtime regular customer from Stamford,CT took the pool for the day with a fine 7lb slab one of several keepers for her plus a few nice sea bass. Another gentleman that fishes with us regularly had a combined catch of 11 fluke and sea bass to take home but otherwise it was a few here and a few there. Mr. Pak’s key to success as the other gentleman who had a very good catch was the use of bucktails. A slower day was bound to happen eventually. Capt. Rich looks forward to another day of fluke and sea bass fishing tomorrow and if you are coming make sure you bring your rain gear but outside of a little liquid sunshine it looks like a great day for fishing.
