Capt. Ray reported an improvement in the local Striper fishing with a handful of nice size Stripers to 32lbs plus a handful of nice blue fish last night. Still nothing great but we will take any improvement we can get! Regardless of the occasional hiccup it has been one heck of a season for Stripers. While wet it does look fishable tonight so if interested call the office to book for tonight’s trip which is set to sail at 7pm.
Capt. Chris reported the combo was okay last night with a good number of keeper fluke taken along with some keeper sea bass. Just a few porgies and some nice squid for those anglers who fished them. A tremendous amount of short sea bass kept anglers quite busy however with lots of action. Next combo trips are set for next Friday and Saturday Night leaving at 7pm.
