MORNING UPDATE FOR WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 16TH 2011

Capt. Mike reports some very good fishing this morning for the scant handful of anglers who braved a nearly windless but somewhat wet forecast. Capt. Mike reports a respectable pic of nice size tog and a fine bunch of cod to 15lbs so far. In fact as of this writing Capt. Mike has been concentrating on them himself and already has several nice green cod to his credit! Way to go Capt. Mike! Look for more and more cod to continue to show on the tog trips and look for a further increase in cod numbers on the cod and sea bass trips as well. Capt. Mike and Roger have both been commenting that there are a lot of cod moving into cod/cbass and tog grounds over the past few weeks. Fish have tails and swim and these cod are starting to come in chasing the herring so they cannot always be easily nailed down but they are in the area and will become a disticnt possibility on the tog boat in the days to come.
