First mate Capt. Matt relayed word of just a handful of anglers who braved the wintry chill and even some snow flurries to head out in search of of cod and sea bass on Sunday. The cod kept a rather low profile although a fine fat green one did take the pool. Plenty of hubcap size porgies and nice size sea bass filled the bags and coolers for the anglers aboard with limits on both rather easily attained for the majority of those aboard and everyone going home with some fine eating fillets for some great meals to come. Next possible run is on Wednesday but the weather looks to be qutie active this week so stay tuned to the web site or give us a call later tomorrow afternoon to double check on sailing status. Remember that starting Jan 1st we switch to a daily 5am sailing schedule.
