Capt. Cory just relayed word of another great day of local ground fishing with just about a full boat limit of super size sea bass to over 5lbs and jumbo scup to over 2lbs along with some blue fish and quite a few red hake, including some real base ball bat size stuff once again. A lot of short cod in the mix but not much in the keeping dept today but still an awesome day of fishing and great weather to boot!! Tomorrow cod will be come the primary focus and Capt. Rich will be setting sail on the Gail Frances at 7am in search of the Winter King. Weather looks warm and seas friendly once again for a great New Year’s Day on the water.
