Capt. Mike reported the local codding rebounded rather briskly today despite the colder temperatures and snow that fell rather heavily at times on the Lady Frances today .Those who stayed at the rail despite the elements in general did well with Chung Po Kim and Pak Sengke from NJ combining for 18 fat market cod while at least another half dozen of the anglers aboard who fished all day had five to eight nice cod apiece to take home. Biggest cod in the lower teens, everything on clams today and there were also quite a few cod to let go and grow up today. A few pics provided courtesy Capt. Mike will be posted above today’s report. Since the storm went well offshore the winds are forecasted to be within range of comfortable codding tomorrow therefore we WILL BE SAILING Sunday Morning at 5am on the Lady Frances with Capt. Mike.
