First mate Troy reported yesterday’s fluke trip to be a good one with a nice amount of keepers and a respectable amount of shorts all adding up for a solid day of fishing in local coastal waters. Hi hook had 5 nice fish to 4lbs and there were other anglers who had 3 and even 4 nice keepers each to take home. Not the bigger stuff of the day before but all fine quality keepers. There is no fluke trip today due to the weather. Tomorrow looks better but make sure to call first a bit later today to double check and to give us your name, phone number and number of people expected to attend as a basic reservation procedure.
Apologies for the late squid report from Sunday Night which hi lgihted a SPECTACULAR REBOUND from the Squidding seen Saturday Night and was much more like that on Thusday and Friday Night. Cory reported that Capt. Ray spoke of generally one third to a half a five gallon pail per person with a few anglers filling upwards to a full five gallon pail! Next squid trip is tentatively set for tomorrow night at 7pm by reservation.
Some pictures from Sunday’s fluke trip will be posted finally as promised above this update courtesy of Capt. Mike.
