Capt. Rich and first mate Ted reported another very strong day of fluke and sea bass fishing with another double digit pool fish of at least ten pounds. More sea bass than fluke today including some nice ones to nearly 4lbs or perhaps a bit better. Not much drift in the morning but better drifting conditions ensued later in the day. No specific hi hooks were given but suffice to say today there were some exceptional anglers aboard and undoubtedly with nearly 200 combined keeper fluke and sea bass on board, an important number of them went home with several of each apiece. Some blue fish to make things more momentarily interesting throughout the day as well. Tomorrow looks ok as far as wind and sea conditions but bring your rain gear as the weatherman says it will be wet. The Gail Frances is set to sail at 7am with Capt. Rich.
Capt. Mike reported the two half days were on the slower side today. There was a respectable amount of action with the shorts but there were enough keepers to make things interesting. A few nice sea bass went into the x-tote today as well. Next brace of half days are set for tomorrow at 8am and again at 1pm with Capt. Chris.
