Captain Matt reported a decent day of fluke fishing on the 7-4 full day boat. The number of fish being caught day to day as been about the same but today the fish were not a spread out as customers would have liked. High hook landed 12 keeper fluke (orl) and the pool fish was on the smaller side today of a modest 7 pounds. Some nice sea bass to 3 pounds and a few blue fish to round out the day. Today spros were king due to 0 drift. Captain rich will set sail tomorrow morning at 7am.
Captain Mike and Captain Chris both reported good half day fishing. High hook on the morning half day had 6 keepers and the afternoon high hook had 4. Lots of shorts again to keep the rods bending. Tomorrow morning the Half day will set sail at 8am and again at 1pm.
There is also plenty of room on Fireworks cruises and the tall ship parade of sail. Just call the office to book your spots.
