Capt. Matt and first mate Troy reported simply stupid fishing for nice size fluke and sea bass last night on the 4pm half day. The light crowd of anglers aboard not only had all the fish they wanted, they were throwing good size fish back!! Most of the fluke were three to five pounds and the sea bass up to three pounds. Rental rod bait rigs were by far the best producers. A couple pics provided courtesy Troy showcase just some of the catch from last night’s outing. Half days on tap today at 8am and again at 4pm this evening.
Early reports from the Striper boat are that it was a good night of fishing with some limits at least and fish up to over 30lbs. More details will be available as they come in.
