Capt. Rich reported a slow day of fishing. To be sure some nice fluke to 8lbs made it aboard as did a few handfuls of sea bass and some super size porgies and there were quite a few good size “gator like” blue fish who especially found the spro jigs rather enchanting but on the whole it was not nearly as productive as days prior due mainly because of little to zero drift. As has been the case most of the week, a few let go cod, small red hake and some ocean perch mixed in with all the other critters. Tomorrow weather sounds great again and Capt. Rich will be set to sail at 7am aboard the Gail Frances.
Capt. Chris reported a great morning half day with a big old pile of nice size sea bass including a few real jumbos plus some nice scup and a few fluke. The evening report for the pm half was of a bit more of a relaxed pace. Tomorrow we offer half day trips at 8am and again at 4pm.
