Captain ray reported a stellar day of local scup fishing. The morning started out a little chilly but it turned out to be a wonderful day on the water. It was 1 stop shopping today. Large scup to almost 3 pounds came over the rail with many fish in the 2-3 pound range. Anglers were also treated to 5 nice keeper striped bass and 4 shorts. There was also a hand full of sea bass to 3 pounds. It was a mixed bag trip with fisherman catching scup, seabass, bluefish, striped bass, fluke, perch, and even a winter flounder. Captain ray will set sail tomorrow morning at 7am.
