Captain Chris called in to say it was yet another fantastic day on the local cod grounds. A great group of anglers braved the morning “snow” to get on the water for some good fishing. Once Chris set the anchor the bite was on. Nearly everyone went home with there limit of codfish to 30 pounds. The fish today were in the larger size with many fish 10-30 pounds. A dozen pollock to 15 pounds rounded out todays catch. We will not be sailing tomorrow due to the gale warnings but the rest of the week looks good.
