Captain Mike called in to say it was another decent day on the local cod ground. About the same bite as yesterday with a few less shorts mixed in.  The fish were a little bit bigger today then yesterday.High hook managed to box 7 keepers of the 21 fish he caught for the day. Lots of action on the ground with the mix of cod and ling. We have been very lucky and have only gotten a few of the “grey ghost” but nothing like we had last year. We will not be sailing tomorrow but the weather does look OK for the upcoming week. Please call the office to book a reservation for any of our upcoming trips.
