Captain Rich sailed with a light load of regulars in search of some fat flatties. The rain held off for most of the day and the fishing was very good. Most anglers went home with 4-5 keepers each. Most anglers also caught around 10 shorts each. Bait rigs seemed to be the key again but the buck tails are starting to do a number on the fluke. The pool fish today was around 4 pounds. There will be no fluke trip tomorrow but the weather for the weekend looks very fishable.
Captain Matt was also out doing some local fluke scouting. He managed to some nice fluke very close to home. The weather started to turn and forced matt to leave the fish chewing.
There is no Squid trip tonight but we are planning on sailing Thursday-Sunday at 7pm
