The report from Capt. Matt was of a slow pick of mixed size squid last night on board the Lady Frances. Hi hooks had upwards to or just over 30 pieces apiece and the best scores last night were by far dictated by those who stayed out along the rails and fished hard right through the occasional showers and drizzle. Those who did not fish as much had only a few squid apiece. Friday Night’s action would definitely have to rate as slightly better but last night did continue the weekend theme of overall much better fishing and good signs for the coming weeks. Also of note was the water was on the dirtier side once again last night. Next squid trip is set to sail tonight at 7pm on the Lady Frances with Capt. Ray. Reservations are a must for tonight’s trip so please book on line or call the office to make a reservation.
