Captain Mike reported a much tougher day of fishing. The wind was much stronger then forecasted. With the strong wind and incorporable tides made for some rougher fishing conditions. A couple dozen fished managed to make it over the rail today. Pool fish today was around 4 pounds. The short fish also seemed to be hunkering down in the sloppy seas. We are trying to sail tomorrow morning at 7am. If you would like to go on the trip please call the office tonight and make a reservation.
First mate Troy and Greg reported a slower night on the squid grounds. The wind came on and make for sloppy conditions. High hook did managed to get about 35 squid. Captain Ray reported marking lots of bait but they were not on the chew. We are planning on sailing on Wed-Sunday this week.
