First mate ted reported a slower day on the full day fluke boat. A large ground swell made for very dirty water. High hook managed to box 3 nice fluke to 6 pounds. Not many shorts today. Was a very off paced day from what it has been. Captain Rich did say that as the day went on the ground swell was going away and the water was starting to clear.Captain Matt is hoping for a much better day tomorrow.
Captain Matt reported the same conditions on the morning and afternoon 1/2 day trips. A hand full of fish made it over the rail in the morning up to 4 pounds. Matt did call in and say fishing was better the afternoon with the clearing water.
The full day and both half days are scheduled to set sail tomorrow morning. The office will open tomorrow before 6am for ticket and tackle sales.
