The report from first mate Capt. Matt and Capt. Rich was of very good fluking again today despite a very quick drift. At least a few limits spread out around the Gail Frances today with many of the anglers aboard managing several fine keepers apiece to take home. Biggest fish was 7 pounds and the report was of a dozen fish of 4lbs or better today. Not much in the way of sea bass today. There was no specifics on terminal gear preferences either today. Tomorrow is a new day and the fishing weather again looks great with Capt. Rich set to sail on the Gail Frances at 7am.
Capt. Mike reported some great half day fishing today aboard the Admiral Frances. Lock and load action with the short fluke giving way to a nice pick of good size sea bass on both outings with some good size fluke keepers thrown in for good measure. Rods were bent and customers frequently went home with enough fish for a good dinner or two, not bad for half day fishing!! Just one half day trip on tap tomorrow due to the Holiday with Capt. Mike ready to set sail on the Admiral Frances at 8am.
Still a few handfuls of seats left on tomorrow night’s 4th of July Fireworks cruise so if interested call the office as soon as possible to book your spots!
