First mate Chris reported a good morning half day trip. Plenty of fluke and sea bass to go around. High hook on fluke went home with 3 fine slabs and many people went home with sea bass limits. Some nicer Fluke showing up with 5 fish over 5 pounds. One angler caught back to back 5 pounds in less then 30 second. During that last 10 mins of the trip Captain Mike hit a school of bluefish with nearly every rod going off. They ranged in size from 5 pounds to 14 pounds. Captain Mike will be sailing tomorrow morning at 8am.
Captain Matt reported a decent day of the full day fluke boat. A good drift all day drift really helped get the fish chewing. High hook managed to catch 6 keeper fluke. There were quite a few sea bass limits as well. biggest sea bass of the day was around 4 pounds.Pool fish today was around 7 pounds. Captain Matt reported that all forms of tackle catch fish today. Captain rich will be at the helm tomorrow at 7am.
