Captain Rich reported a good day of the full day boat. A little slower then it has been but overall a good day. High hook had 5 nice keepers to bring home with many anglers leaving with 3-4. Pool fish today was around 8 pounds with a few fish very close in weight. More sea bass then the past few days with the biggest sea bass around 4 pounds. Quite a few blue fish to 14 pounds made for a fun fight. A handful of scup rounded out todays catch. Captain Rich will be setting sail tomorrow morning at 7am for fluke and sea bass.
Captain Mike reported a very good morning half day trip. Anglers were treated to lots of fluke and sea bass. High hook on the fluke had 3 fine slabs to 5 pounds. High hook on the sea bass had 7 with only keeping his limit.Hundreds of shorts today kept the mates and anglers busy all trip long. 8 bluefish decided they could not pass up some fresh squid and spearing. Captain Mike also reported nearly similar results this after noon with a few less fluke.Both half days are scheduled to set sail tomorrow morning at 8am and 1pm tomorrow.
