First mate Chris K reported a good day on the Full Day Fluke trip with at least one angler limit and a few other anglers who had in the neighborhood of a half dozen keepers apiece. Quite a few shorts in between to keep everyone busy as well. Both buck tails and bait rigs were effective today although the whole squid did not really take off until late in the trip. Biggest fish for the day was just a shade under 7 lbs and according to first mate Chris K there were a fair number of other fluke over 4lbs. Only a couple sea bass today. Capt. Rich will be set to sail tomorrow morning at 7am.
Capt. Ray will be ready to set sail on the Admiral Frances at 7am tomorrow morning for Scup.
