Captain Mike reported another good day of local codfishing. Not the numbers of yesterday but the quality of the fish was very good. Biggest fish of the day was a fat 32lb slob with nearly a half dozen other fish in the 20lb range. The bite was as savage as yesterday but there were some good shots of keepers. High hook boxed 5 green cod. Some nice pollack and ling also in the mix. The weather looks good for the next 2 days and we will be sailing on the Gail Frances at 5am. The office will open around 4am for all ticket and tackle sales.
