Captain Mike reported a great day of local codfishing. The fishing was great and so was the weather. Mike went back to the same spot where he had all the fish last weekend and they were waiting with open mouths. High hook had 14 keepers with many other people having limits all around the boat. Pool fish was a fine 30lb slob. Some pollack and ling in the mix as well. Both jigs and bait have been working very well. The boat is stocked with bags of fresh clams and shells to help bring the fish in. The office has a full stock of jigs and teasers for sale. The Gail Frances will be sailing tomorrow morning at 5am. The office will open at 4am for ticket and tackle sales.
