Captain Rich reported a slower day on the fluke on the full day fluke boat. The sea bass and scup seemed to jump on the baits before the fluke got a chance. High hook went home with 5 keeper fluke and today’s pool fish was a solid 7 pounds. Some limits on sea bass around the boat with most having 2-5 each. More and more scup are showing up everyday with fish to 2.5 pounds. 4 keeper cod rounded out today’s catch. Captain Rich will be sailing at 7am tomorrow morning.
We would like to thank everyone who sailed with us this year on our half day fishing trips. Over all it was a very good summer with lots of fluke and sea bass to keep anglers busy.
