First off we would like to report that the Tuna trip which came back yesterday afternoon was yet another successful one with a nice mix of good size yellows and big albies. Both jigs and bait produced. That wraps up another great tuna season here at the Frances Fleet with only one slow trip! We would like to thank all of our loyal tuna customers who sailed with us this past year.
Tomorrow kicks off the 2015 tog season here at the Frances Fleet! The Lady Frances will be ready to set sail at 6am with Capt. Mike at the helm. Tog fishing will sail daily at 6am weather permitting.
First mate Chris L reported a tough day on the cod boat. Just a couple handfuls of keeper cod, a few more handfuls of throwbacks, some keeper scup, a handful of ocean perch and one 4 lb fluke. Tomorrow is a new day and Capt. Rich will be set to sail at 7am aboard the Gail Frances.
