Captain Mike reported good fishing on both half day trips. The saw plenty of bent rods with all of the sea bass around. Many people had limits of fish to 4 pounds. The fluke are still around but the sea bass are beating the fish to the bait it seems. We will be sailing tomorrow morning at 8am and 1 pm.
The Griffin family from CT, were on board the second half day on Monday and were treated to the pool honors. Way to go!
Captain Matt reported a good morning on the fluke untill the drift died. 0.0 makes for a very tough fluke drift. Towards the end of the day the wind kicked back in and pushed the boat to finish strong. Nearly 100 keeper fluke were taken yesterday. There was plenty of sea bass in the mix as well with plenty of anglers going home with limits. Tomorrow we will be sailing at 7am on the Gail Frances
