An easy full boat limit of sea bass to 4 plus pounds on the Gail Frances today along with some better size scup mixed in with a few hubcaps threatening the 3 lb mark. A couple of handfuls of cod fish today for the light load of fishers who joined us with most of them nice keepers with the best of the lot around 10 bs. The cod taken were all green fish and there were some shorties. Hi hook boxed three keeper cod today. Capt. Rich reported on trips this week he is seeing more and more herring mixed in and a few cod fish and some sea bass have been taken on jigs. Some big ocean perch plus one fair size sea flounder as well and best of all no dog fish. Next cod/sea bass trip will set sail tomorrow morning aboard the Gail Frances at 6 am with Capt. Rich.
Capt. Mike reported another awesome day of togging with an easy full boat limit and tied up at the dock by 3pm. Some very impressive fish today once again with the best over 11 lbs and three others over 10 lbs plus quite a few “gaffers” over six pounds. Some sea bass mixed in as well today and plenty of throwbacks kept fishers busy throughout the trip. The tog fishing has been on fire for several days now, let’s keep the streak going and the Lady Frances will set sail tomorrow morning at 6 am with Capt. Matt at the helm. Some beautiful pictures taken by Cote to showcase at least a few of the angler high lights aboard the Lady today.
