As some of you may know Franks and Christine’s son Cory has been working down here since he could crawl. He met his lovely wife Claire on the boats when he was working deck. They have some excited news and are expecting a baby in December!!!!
Captain Matt called in and reported a decent day over all. We sailed this morning with a light crew who packed there rain gear. Once we go to the fishing ground the sun came out and made for a good day. We had a very fast drift most of the day between 1.5 and 2 kt. It was a slow grind all day with a few fish every drift. By the end of the day we end up with a good load. High hooks had limits of keepers to 7 pounds. We are planning on sailing tomorrow morning on all trips.
