Captain Matt reported an OK day on the full day fluke boat. We had oil slick calm water and no wind to deal with today. For the first 3 hours of the trip we had next to no drift. Once the boat started to move with the afternoon sea breeze the fishing improved. We ended the day with a full limit of sea bass to 5 pounds. A few dozen fluke to 6 pounds. We are schedule to sail tomorrow morning on the Lady Frances.
Captain Mike reported slower fishing day on the half day trips. we had to deal with the same zero drift conditions as the full day trip. We did manage to pick some sea bass in the morning. The afternoon did have more breeze and more fluke and sea bass made it in to the coolers. We are scheduled to have both trips tomorrow at 8am and 1pm
Please note that on Friday and Saturday there will be no afternoon half day trips
