Captain Greg reported a slower morning on the half day fluke boat. We sailed with a heavy crowd who really wanted to bend the rod. The boat just would not drift straight or move at all for that matter. Every new drift we would pick a few and then nothing. The afternoon did see slighly better fishing but still off from the good fishing of yesterday. We will be sailing tomorrow at 8am and 1pm.
Captain Rich reported a OK day on the fluke boat. We had better action then yesterday but still not where we wanna see it. Plenty of action on the sea bass but Fluke fishing was only OK. Biggest fluke on the day was around 9 pounds. Most people left with a sea bass limit or just one shy. We will be back at it tomorrow at 7am.
Captain Greg reported Tough drift conditions on the bass boat last night. We did the best with what we had and managed to get some nice keepers to 18 pounds. A few shorts in the mix as well. We will be at it tonight with a report to follow tomorrow
