Captain Mike reported very good action on the half day trips. We sailed with great crowds and fishing was very good . High hooks left with limit catches of sea bass to 5 pounds. We had a few fluke in the mix to 6 pounds.
Captain rich reported a slower day on the fluke grounds. We managed a okay pick by days end but it was a grind. No drift and dog fish made for a long day. Pool fish was around 8 pounds. Plenty of sea bass to go in coolers as well. Not a full limit but many limits around. We will have the marathon trip tomorrow at 5am
Captain Frank was out on a private charter on the cod grounds this morning. He found cod on every drift and had plenty for dinner. He steamed back to the sea bass grounds and found hungry sea bass to 5 pounds.
