Capt. Rich reported a respectable day of fluking despite some very trying conditions mainly in the form of very strong west to northwest winds producing a very fast drift. Hi hook did manage to put away four nice keepers and most had enough for dinner anyway. Nothing big with the best around 4lbs. Capt. Mike is at the helm tomorrow with the Lady Frances set to sail at 7am. Capt. Mike and Roger were out today doing a little research very close to home and found a nice charge of fluke with quite a few jumbos to nearly 7lbs before the winds sent them back in. Things continue to get better by the day!
Capt. Ray will be out squid fishing again tonight hoping for a repeat of last night’s good action. Plenty of room Friday and Saturday Night on the squid trips so call the office to make a reservation!
