Lady Frances
The 105′ Lady Frances was designed for passenger comfort and long range fishing. The emphasis was put on sea worthiness and speed with low centers of gravity, making her very steady in rough seas. She is powered with three turbo charged diesel engines making her along with her sister vessel Gail Frances southern New England’s fastest party boats. She is outfitted with the most modern electronics. She is equipped with four radios, two radars, autopilot, three lorans (long range sonars), video plotter, color sonar, color fathometers, weather-fax machine and a satellite navigational system, making them the best equipped party boats in their class. The galleys offer a varied menu from snacks to full meals. On the main deck are the cabins and some of the bunks. Bunk rooms are located below. Both the cabins with spacious booths) and bunk rooms are air conditioned and heated. Also, the fishing rails are heated for comfort on winter days. The observation deck, which can be canopied for shade, can be used for whale watching, bird watching or sunbathing. The boats can carry up to 150 passengers, however, they carry a limited number of people on fishing trips to insure comfort and to offer plenty of fishing room. On overnight trips, we book no more passengers than there are bunks, and on tuna trips we book even fewer.
