Capt. Mike reported a good morning half day outing with almost no drift but the fluke were eager for the angler’s offerings. Fishing along the beach is showing some very serious sign of getting quite hot. Good size fluke and lots of action with shorts everyplace we went to this morning and we were not covering any amount of ground at all! Both spro and tandem bait rigs and rental rods were all productive for keepers. Hi hook this morning put five fine keepers in the boat including a trifecta of 5lbrs. A few other nice out of season sea bass some sea robins and skates completed the morning’s activity. Capt. Chris is out there this afternoon and with the flood tide drift conditons should be much better than what we had to deal with this morning so we look forward to another good report later this afternoon. Stay tuned!
Still a good deal of openings on tonight’s Striper run so if interested please give us a call and make a reservation.
