Capt. Ray reported another wild night of Striper fishing with a full boat limit of Stripers to 30lbs for the anglers aboard. Just a couple bluefish mixed in. The boat was back to the dock and tied up by 1145pm!! That makes three trips in the past week where the boat was limited out and back to the dock early! All the fishing was done drifting live eels. Still a good amount of room on tonight’s Striper trip so if interested call the office today to make a reservation.
Capt. George reported a respectable half day evening fluke trip last night with some nice keepers to five pounds and a handful of good size sea bass and some shorts and a few sea robins. Two half days slated for today with the first at 8am and the second at 4pm.
A friendly reminder about tipping. A good trip deserves a good tip!! Party boat mates, like bartenders and waiters make a small scale and are largely dependant upon customer tips for their income. Remember Party Boat mates are responsible for clearing the tangles, preparing the bait, gaffing/netting the fish, cleaning the fish, and helping to make the customer experience a pleasant one!
