Capt. Keith reported the hi light of the 1pm half day today was the 29 inch 10lb plus slab taken by Connor Benton of Simsbury CT. Garret, Connors Dad was really pleased with the great catch and this big doormat fell victim to a 3z bucktail. There was also a fine 8lb slab and a few other nice fluke and good size sea bass taken as well on today’s mid afternoon outing. The 8am half day was very good with a nice mess of keepers and some good size sea bass and more in the way of shorts to keep the anglers busy at the rail.
