The 7am full day boat reported a good day of fishing today with a nice mess of fluke up to nearly 9lbs and a big pile of good size sea bass to around 4lbs. There were some limit catches and it was another good day of fishing with gorgeous weather! While no official report was turned into the office for yesterday’s 7am full day it sounds like the fishing was quite good with today’s action as good as it was actually being a small step back. What a year for the 7am full day!! The Gail Frances sets sail again tomorrow at 7am.
The report from the 8am full day boat is that everyone left with some fish and that a slammer sea bass of 5lbs took the pool honors. Hi hook went home with 4 keeper summer flatties for the day. Several other anglers aboard went home with 4 nice fluke apiece so that seems to be a common number for the 8am full day today. The 8am full day boat sails again tomorrow morning aboard the Admiral Frances.
