Capt. Ray reported a tough night of fishing. They only managed a few Stripers and those that they had were keepers, not the big fish of the past two nights. There was a fair number of blue fish but overall it was just a slow night, no two ways about it! We do not know why it was so much slower after all the good fishing right after Irene but one thing that fishing has taught this writer over the years is that it is most predictably undpredictable and that everyday is different. Weather looks good again tonight and we will try again and Capt. Ray looks forward to setting sail on the Gail Frances at 7pm. Plenty of room still available so if interested please give us a call to make a reservation.
