Roger was pleased to report that Capt. Matt had a great day of fishing aboard the 8am full day with a nice mix of fluke and some slammer sea bass for just a handful of anglers. A half dozen fluke in the 5 to 7lb range today with the 7lb slab being the days biggest. Biggest sea bass was easily over 5lbs with a few others crowding 4lbs. Hi hook on the fluke had 7 keepers on the fluke and four keepers on the sea bass but everyone had a nice bag of fillets to take home. Whole squid, plain bait rigs and spinner bait rigs all seemed to be equally effective today. Capt. George looks forward to another great day tomorrow with the Admiral Frances set to sail at 8am.
