Captain Matt reported a very solid day of local fluke fishing. A huge turn around from this past weekends fishing. Nice light breeze kept the boat moving all day long and the fluke flying over the rail. A few limit catches around the boat with most going home with a nice handful. Pool fish today was around 6 pounds. Alot of short fish today as well which kept anglers busy throughout the day. Jonathan Kim from Avon, CT and his crew Kyle and Philip came in to Capt’s Tackle after the trip to say what a great time they had. “A great day with Capt. Richie”. Spro jigs seemed to be the way to go but bait rigs had there fair share of fish as well. We are sailing tomorrow morning at 7am on the Lady Frances.
