The word from Capt Ted and deck hand Troy was of another great day of fluking with fish up to 7lbs and plenty of limits around the boat. Word on the street was that the spro set ups were hot today but that bait rigs took their fair share of fish as well. Some catch and release sea bass action as well today and June 15th is only about two weeks away now. Looks like another spectacular weather day tomorrow with Capt. Mike ready to set sail on the Lady Frances at 7am and Roger will have the office open no later than 5:30am.
There is no squid trip tonight. We are hopeful to get out squid fishing tomorrow night. We will need some more reservations to be able to go so if interested please call the office to make a reservation or book on line. We have not been squid fishing in almost two weeks due to poor weather so we do not know what we will expect to find when we go out there but as we are hoping to get out and give it another shot. The last two seasons saw the best squid fishing of the season during June and into early July so we feel it is certainly worth a shot.
