Capt and crew from the Gail Frances reported a good day of fishing. A bit cold today but that didn’t stop the nice bunch of anglers that showed up to drop their lines in the water. It was all about the cod today. High hook was 7 fish and the biggest was around 7 lbs. Just about everyone went home with some nice fillets for a dinner or two. There was alot of throwback action as well, so anglers were kept busy at the rails for the whole day. The Gail Frances will be sailing tomorrow at 6:00 a.m., with the office opening at 5:00 a.m. There will be plenty of room, so if you have not yet called and made a reservation and are interested in going, just grab your gear and head to the boat in the morning.
