Captain Rich reported a Decent day on the full day fluke boat. The morning drift was very fast but the fluke were on the chew. Some anglers reported drift with 20oz sinkers but the fish were biting. High hook went home with a limit of fluke. Fist Mate Chris reported the quality of the fish was great but nothing huge. Today’s pool honors went to Leon Correy with a 26” slab weighing close to 7 pounds. Lots of sea bass around with many fish over 4 pounds. Tomorrows full day trip will set sail on the Lady Frances at 7am.
Captain Matt reported slow fishing on the half day morning trip. Wind against tide made for tough drift conditions. Some nice fluke and sea bass were caught but not the numbers we like to see. The afternoon saw much better fishing with quite a few bass keeping rods bent. Both half day trips are scheduled to sail at 8am and 1pm on the Admiral Frances.
