Capt Rich reported another good day on the full day boat today. PLENTY of fluke to go around with several people easily getting their limits. Seabass was also bountiful, with a full boat limit. I think we are all anxiously awaiting for the seabass limit to go to 7 September 1st. Can’t get here soon enough! Quite a few fish fighting it out for the pool today. All were in the 6-7 lb range. Capt Rich at the helm again tomorrow. Office opens at 5:30 a.m. for ticket sales.
We wanted to reiterate an earlier post from the weekend. We are currently cancelling our striped bass trips until further notice. The striped bass fishing at night this summer has been dismal to say the least. We will be doing a Combo Trip for the next couple weeks, on Friday and Saturday nights only. It’s basically fishing for whatever bites the hook. Whether it be fluke, seabass, scup, squid blues, etc. The trip is 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.. Reservations please.
