Captain Mike reported a very good day on the local cod grounds. The first spot and then second had a few fish but not what Mike was hoping for. Then he made the right move and and it was light’s out. Everyone had plenty of fish for a limit and the boat was back an hour early. All cookie cutter keepers with 1 or 2 stand outs for the pool. Pool fish was around 10 pounds. Fresh bait was the way to go but jigs also had some fish. We will not be sailing this weekend due to the weather but we do hope to be fishing on Monday. Please call the office and make a reservation.
