First mate Chris L reported once again a case of the haves and have nots on the 7 am full day boat. White and Green gulp on buck tail jigs of some sort seemed to be the ticket today. Big fish of the day was around 7 lbs and there were other fluke in the 4-5 lb range. A few angler limits. Some nice sea bass mixed in. A few good size scup and one blue fish and one good size trigger fish rounded out the species assortment for the day. Capt. Rich will set sail tomorrow morning at 7 am aboard the Gail Frances.
Half day fishing was slow today on both trips. Two trips tomorrow with the first leaving at 8 am aboard the Lady Frances and the second at 1 pm aboard the Admiral Frances.
Night Bass fishing was slow. Still plenty or room on tomorrow night’s trip leaving at 7 pm aboard the Lady Frances.
